【 JAPAN MADE 】Shuttle power loom
In 2013, I inherited a vintage shuttle loom from my mentor.
Using this rare loom, one of only a few remaining in Japan and still operating after nearly 80 years, I weave every fabric with care and intention.
By weaving slowly and reducing yarn tension to the absolute minimum, the fabric develops a remarkable softness, natural texture, and exceptional comfort against the skin.

This cotton is grown on farmland certified by an independent third-party organization after more than three years of cultivation in accordance with organic farming standards.

By providing clear information about when, where, and by whom the cotton was produced, as well as how it was distributed, consumers can have confidence in the authenticity and integrity of the organic cotton.

【 Material 】Extra Fine Merino Wool
Crafted from extra fine Merino wool with an exceptionally fine fiber diameter of just 18.5 microns, this fabric offers a remarkably smooth and gentle feel against the skin. The yarn used is extremely fine, measuring approximately 60 meters per gram. By twisting two strands together, it traps more air within the fabric, creating a delicate softness, natural loft, and lightweight warmth. In addition, the wool has been treated with a shrink-resistant finish, allowing it to be machine washed on a gentle cycle or hand washed with ease.
