Open collar shirt made from 100% organic cotton, a natural material born from nature. The original fabric is woven slowly and slowly on a vintage shuttle loom. It has a good width so you can wear it comfortably. The material used is the finest yarn (organic cotton roughy) made from recycled organic cotton waste for both the warp (warp) and weft (horizontal) threads. Because only the soft parts of regular cotton are used, the fabric has a naturally soft texture and feel. The box silhouette with two sleeves makes it easier to move your arms. Can be worn by both men and women.

【 JAPAN MADE 】Shuttle power loom

An old-fashioned loom inherited from his master.
At L.E.O., we use an old-fashioned shuttle power loom that has been in use for approximately 70 years, one of only a few in Japan.
In addition to the unique softness of the shuttle loom, we achieve the exquisite feel and texture by weaving at a slow speed with minimal thread tension.
All L.E.O. products, which are gentle on the body and can be cherished for a long time, are produced by maker Koizumi Satoshi on this old-fashioned shuttle power loom.

【 Material 】Organic cotton

We use the finest yarn, made by blending organic cotton shavings from the cotton yarn manufacturing process with regular organic cotton.
Because it contains many shorter-than-normal fibers, the woven fabric has a natural, fluffy feel and texture.
Fabric made from organic cotton raffia yarn, made from carefully selected organic cotton, is soft and comfortable to wear, and becomes fluffier with each wash.

【 Material 】Organic cotton

The organic cotton used by L.E.O. is grown on farms certified by third-party certification organizations after more than three years of production in accordance with organic agricultural production methods.
Traceability is also ensured, and records are kept of the route from production to distribution, storage, and sales, allowing every step to be verified. Knowing when, where, who produced it, and how it was distributed gives consumers peace of mind and increases the reliability of organic cotton.
Fabric woven from organic cotton has a wonderful texture and feel, and the more you use it, the softer and fluffier it becomes, resulting in a material that offers an exquisite feel and texture.

【 Dyeing 】Indigo dyeing

The pigment created by fermenting and precipitating the fresh leaves of Ai is called indigo tablets.
Indigo dyeing is traditionally done using chemical or fermentation methods, but the indigo tablets we use are a new type of indigo dye that is dissolved in water without being pre-dyed. Everything from cultivation to production is done by hand, and the indigo that has been exposed to many fires on the magnificent earth can express a soft, deep color. At L.E.O., we use safe, eco-friendly indigo dye that is born from the blessings of nature and returns to nature. Koizumi Satoshi personally hand-dyes the fabric, personally checking the color for the final touches.
