The cotton waffle fabric is woven slowly and softly on a shuttle-type power loom, and the lining is made of soft cotton.
It is made entirely of Banshu-ori, even down to the string part.
It's breathable and doesn't stick to your skin, so it's perfect for the upcoming season.
While masks have become a necessity, we have designed them with a focus on fashion so that you can enjoy being stylish every day.
Can be used by both men and women.

【 織り機 】シャトル式力織機 power loom
製作者の小泉知士が、師匠より受け継いだ旧式の織機。
L.E.O.では日本にも数台しかない、およそ70年前にから使用していた旧式のシャトル式力織機を使用しております。
シャトル織機の持つ独特の柔らかさに加え、糸のテンションを極限まで抑えて低速で織り上げることで生まれる極上の肌触り、風合いを実現しました。
身体にやさしく馴染み、長く愛着を注ぐことが出来る、そんなL.E.O.の商品はすべて製作者の小泉知士がこの旧式のシャトル式力織機で生産しております。
【素材】オーガニックコットン
L.E.O.の使用するオーガニックコットンはオーガニック農産物の生産方法に従って3年以上の生産実績を経て、第三者認証機関に認められた農地でつくられたコットンになります。
またトレーサビリティが確保されており、生産から流通・保管・販売に至るまでのルートを記録に残し、全ての工程が確認できるようになっています。「いつ、どこで、誰が生産し、どうやって流通したのか」といった情報が明らかになることで、消費者が安心することができ、オーガニックコットンの信頼性を高めることができます。
オーガニックコットンで織り上げた生地は風合い、肌触りがすごくよく、使用すればするほどふんわり膨らみ、極上の肌触り風合い楽しめる素材となります。
