A cotton stole woven slowly and gently using an old-fashioned shuttle loom. By weaving countless colored threads into the warp (vertical threads) and a single color into the weft (horizontal threads), the stole changes color like iridescence when viewed from different angles. With a texture like silk, it's a versatile stole that feels cool in summer because of its thin weave, warm in winter when wrapped around, and can also be worn as a cover-up for sun protection or against air conditioning. It can be used compactly when folded and wrapped, or with more volume when spread out. It can be used by anyone, regardless of gender or season.

An old-fashioned loom inherited from his master.
At L.E.O., we use an old-fashioned shuttle power loom that has been in use for approximately 70 years, one of only a few in Japan.
In addition to the unique softness of the shuttle loom, we achieve the exquisite feel and texture by weaving at a slow speed with minimal thread tension.
All L.E.O. products, which are gentle on the body and can be cherished for a long time, are produced by maker Koizumi Satoshi on this old-fashioned shuttle power loom.
【 Dyeing 】Natural dyeing, Earth dyeing
The dyes we use to dye our fibers include natural dyes derived from nature, such as indigo and plant dyes, which we also use, and synthetic dyes derived from scientifically synthesized methods such as petroleum.
The dyes we use are "reactive dyes." This dyeing method is characterized by its high durability and vivid color expression.
L.E.O.'s vibrant color variations are dyed using these reactive dyes, so you can use them without worrying about color fading.
We also use the skein dyeing method. This method, similar to hand-dyeing, puts no strain on the fibers and results in products with a pleasant texture and feel without damaging the texture of the yarn itself.
