旧式のシャトル式力織機でゆっくり織り上げた生地に、伝統的な日本の天然の土から作られたベンガラ染料で手染めしたブラウンの生地を使用して、波をイメージしたボーダー柄をハンドステッチにて仕上げました。ボタンにはココナッツボタンを使用しています。一つ一つの工程を全て手作業で行っている唯一無二の一点ものです。
This one-of-a-kind shirt is crafted from fabric slowly woven on a vintage Japanese shuttle loom. The brown fabric is hand-dyed using traditional Bengara pigment, made from natural Japanese earth, and finished with hand stitching in a border pattern inspired by ocean waves.
Coconut buttons complete the design.
Every step of the process—from dyeing and sewing to the hand stitching—is done entirely by hand, making each piece truly unique.

「Size S - Ready to Ship」は、商品写真に掲載している一点物をお届けします。こちらは完成品のため、ご注文後すぐに発送可能です。
「Size S - Made to Order」およびXS・M・L・XLサイズは、ご注文をいただいてから一点ずつ製作します。発送まで約4〜5週間いただきます。
受注商品は、写真に掲載しているデザインとモチーフをベースに製作します。ただし、一点一点手染めとハンドステッチで仕上げるため、モチーフの形や配置、刺し子の表情、色合いなどは写真と異なります。写真とまったく同じものを複製するのではなく、それぞれを新しい一点物として製作します。
袖丈と着丈は、ご希望の長さに調整可能です。変更をご希望の場合は、ご注文時にカートの備考欄へご希望の寸法をご記入ください。記載がない場合は、サイズ表に記載している寸法で製作します。
Size & Made-to-Order Information
“Size S - Ready to Ship” is the exact one-of-a-kind garment shown in the product photos. As this piece is already completed, it can be shipped shortly after purchase.
“Size S - Made to Order” and sizes XS, M, L and XL are individually crafted after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks before shipping.
Made-to-order garments are created based on the design and motif shown in the product photos. However, as each piece is individually hand-dyed and hand-stitched, the shape and placement of the motif, sashiko details and color variations will differ from the photographed piece. Rather than making an exact reproduction, each garment is created as a new one-of-a-kind piece.
Sleeve length and garment length can be adjusted to your preferred measurements. If you would like any adjustments, please enter your preferred measurements in the order notes section of your cart when placing your order. If no measurements are provided, your garment will be made according to the standard measurements shown in the size chart.

【 JAPAN MADE 】Shuttle power loom
In 2013, I inherited a vintage shuttle loom from my mentor.
Using this rare loom, one of only a few remaining in Japan and still operating after nearly 80 years, I weave every fabric with care and intention.
By weaving slowly and reducing yarn tension to the absolute minimum, the fabric develops a remarkable softness, natural texture, and exceptional comfort against the skin.

【 Material 】Organic cotton
This cotton is grown on farmland certified by an independent third-party organization after more than three years of cultivation in accordance with organic farming standards.
Full traceability is maintained throughout the entire supply chain, with every stage—from cultivation and distribution to storage and sales—carefully documented and verifiable. By providing clear information about when, where, and by whom the cotton was produced, as well as how it was distributed, consumers can have confidence in the authenticity and integrity of the organic cotton.
Fabric woven from this organic cotton offers exceptional softness, texture, and comfort against the skin. With each use, the fabric becomes even softer and fuller, developing a rich character and an exquisite feel that can be enjoyed for years to come.
【 Dyeing 】Bengara dyeing
Bengara mud dyeing is a dye made from bengara (iron oxide), a component extracted from the soil, and is said to be a dye that returns to the earth.
Bengara is UV-resistant, so it does not fade in sunlight and protects fibers from deterioration and discoloration caused by UV rays. It is a dye that is kind to both people and the environment, and is characterized by the gentle, warm colors unique to the earth (mineral).
We use safe, eco-friendly bengara dye, born from the bounty of nature and returning to nature. Satoshi Koizumi personally hand-dyes the products, personally checking the final color.
